Details
In the extreme south of the Beaujolais comes from the Gamay grape one of the finest Crus. The typical granite soils of the Massif Central give very fruity wines that smells to ripe cherries and raspberries. In the nose we find what flint and herbs, so characteristic of the best Beaujolais of old sticks. Delicious with pasta or salads in the summer but certainly also at toasted fowl or what tapas from the sleeves. Drink: now until 5 years after the harvest
