This Cava rosé, made from Grenache and Trepat-grapes, has a lighter red colour than the cava Brut Rosat from Familia Oliveda. In the smell and the taste we find aromas of ripe raspberries, blackberries and a little bit of cherries with a subtle show of spring blossoms. It is an intense Cava, very gastronomical and rich taste. Ideal for a hearty fishmeal, poultry or an Oriental meal. Drink: now
