Philip Courrian makes from 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. A Médoc belonging to the best in its category. Delicious juicy, with lots of red fruit and beautiful keys of tobacco and dried herbs. Try it at a solid wintry dish, entrecôte Béarnaise or a hare. Drink: now until 15 years after the harvest.
